Our building and grounds include a set of cameras monitoring our public hallways on each floor, and the public areas on the ground floor. This should discourage illegal activity and vandalism acts in the future. And, parents, remember your children are being protected as well as prevented from playing practical jokes that could harm our budget and facilities.
Doors and the gate from the pool deck down to the beach are locked 24 hours a day. Each person checking in will receive the code to give you entrance to the Americano Beach Resort.
Our safety measures also include electronic code doors and gates. Please make sure that you know the codes to get back onto the property when you leave. Please understand that this affords the staff the ability to secure the buildings.
Please notify the management if you are aware of any inappropriate or dangerous behavior on the property. This includes taking glass bottles or drinking cups out onto the pool deck, lewd behavior at any time of day or night, and using the picnick area for more than a few hours - thus preventing other owners from cooking. Tell the desk personnel who will handle this for you.
We have also installed a house phone outside the lobby doors to call rooms or the front desk when needed.
