Parking Passes

During the summer, parking is filled to capacity. We appreciate your cooperation in serving our owners, visitors, and exchangers by following these rules:

• Overflow Parking - check with the front office for the new location of these lots off our property.
• Day Pass (for owners coming to use the beach and recreation facilities) Please park in the overflow lot down the street.
• Week Pass (for those staying for a week - owners, renters, and exchangers) Only one pass per unit will be given out. If you have a second vehicle, boat, and/or trailer you will receive a day pass with the whole week written on it. You should park these additional vehicles in the overflow lot down the street.
• Boats, Trailers and RVs will receive a day pass for the week. Please park these larger vehicles down the street so that you are only utilizing one parking space in our lot.
• Disabled Stickers must be legally issued by the state of residence of the owner of the vehicle and displayed prominently. Improperly parked vehicles in a disabled parking spot are subject to being towed and fined.
• Vehicles improperly parked (such as boats and trailers) will be towed after the owner has been notified and refuses to move the vehicle.
