You may Contact the Reservations Department by Phone (800) 874-1824, (386) 255-7431, by fax (386) 253-9531, or by e-mail at resv@americanobeachresort.com. If you call and reach our voice mail please leave a message with your full name, spelling of your last name, account number, phone number including your area code, and a brief message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Multiple Calls will delay a return call.

Please reconfirm your reservations at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, by fax, email, voice mail or any way that is most convenient for you.

Maintenance Fees

Maintenance Fees are billed in December and are due in January. If fees are paid in full and on time, you may make your reservation. If you chose the installment plan to pay your fees, you may make arrangements with the Maintenance Fee Department to permit you to make a reservation before the fee is paid in full.

NOTE: if you default on installment arrangements, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be able to make another reservation until your maintenance fees are paid in full.

No one will be able to occupy a unit or bank a unit until all the fees are paid in full.

Banking Your Week for Interval International

The cut-off date to bank your unit is June 1st every year.

If you wish to bank your week, Interval International mandates that all fees are to be paid in full before they will accept the banked unit. Please call the Resort at 386-255-7431 to do any banking. Please have your Interval International membership number on hand. We will give you a week assigment and reservation number to give to Interval International.
Do not call Interval International first because it will take longer for confirmation and may cause cancellation of your booking with Interval International. This is due to our inventory constraints with so many owners and our bulk banking process with Interval International.

Interval International Reservations

When you are ready to use your banked unit, please contact Interval International at 1-800-828-8200 to make your reservation.

Bonus Time

Remember... when making bonus time reservations, they can only be made less than seven days in advance except for January, May, and September, which may be done up to sixty days in advance. Bonus time for June, July and August is virtually impossible due to the high volume of families taking their owner weeks during summer vacation Rates for bonus time are for a three (3) night minimum, if you stay one or two days, you will get the owner discount rates.

Cancellations:

If you have a reservation and find you cannot spend that time here, we need to have a cancellation notice of at least 7 days in advance or you will lose your deed week for that year. This will help create availability for someone else who was denied a reservation because a full house was expected and give them the opportunity to occupy an otherwise empty room that was reserved for you.

Ocean Front Room Request

Requests may no longer be made for Ocean Front units. (as of Aug. 2006)
