Check-In Procedure

Note: Summer Season Pre-Registration is from 12 Noon to 4pm Saturdays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day

FRONT OFFICE HOURS
The Front Office is open daily from 7:00 AM til 10:30 PM.
All guests must check in before 10:30 PM.

  1. Check in starts - 4:00 PM. We will do the best we can to get rooms ready before 4:00 pm, but there are no guarantees.
  2. Bring a valid photo ID for check-in. You cannot check in without it.
  3. The owner must be present for check-in. If you are letting a guest use your unit, the owner must request a guest certificate in advance. The guest must have the guest certificate with them in order to check-in.
  4. Bring your vehicle tag number for check-in. Put your parking pass on your dashboard on the dirver's side directly after check-in. There is only one parking spot per unit, with no oversized vehicles or trailers permitted in our lot. Ask at the front desk for overflow parking for extra vehicles and oversized trailers. (Only Tomoka units - 2BR - may get 2 parking passes)
  5. For safety and security reasons, only Owners and persons in your party over age 18 who are listed on the registration card may obtain a key for the unit. They will also need a photo ID.
  6. Only an Owner may come in for a day pass with proper photo ID. Everyone must be 21 or with their parent or legal guardian.
  7. The front and side entry doors are locked for security and safety. Always use your access code to get in to the building and never give the code to people outside your party. Send them to the front desk.
  8. We now have a non-smoking floor. Please request this floor when you make your reservations.
  9. Always have proper ID available. Be sure to wear your pool tag when on the pool deck and in lobby area.
  10. State regulations and Insurance rules require us to set these rules and enforce them. Please do not ask to be an exception.
  11. Bring your Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard only) with you to cover the $100 Security Deposit. Special events will have a $250 Security Deposit assessed. (credit card imprint or cash only, no debit cards). Debit cards may only be used at check out. This deposit is for telephone charges, key deposit, TV remote deposit (please leave remotes in your room), pool tags and loss or damage to unit or unit inventory. If you check out early, you must notify the Front Office 24 hours in advance. The following charges cover any of these items found missing after you have checked out:
  12. Inventory list - please note any missing or damaged items and return the list to the laundry room in the basement. You will be held responsible for any items not reported. Reported items will be replaced as soon as possible. If all items are in the unit, return the list to the Front Office.
  13. Phones - If the red light is blinking, press 20 to get your messages. To delete messages, press 2 while the message is playing. Local calls are 50¢ each. Guest will be held responsible for all charges even if call not completed. If you are using a Credit Card, press 9, then 1-800-CALL-ATT and then it will allow you to use your card. To use Calling Cards, press 9, then dial the 800 number on the card and then follow the prompts.
  14. No pets of any kind (unless pre-approved assistance animals) permitted anywhere on the premises or any adjacent property including parking lots.
  15. RV's, boats, and trailers of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the premises. If space is available, they may be parked in the overflow lot down the street for a fee.
  16. There is a towel and linen exchange daily in the lower lobby from 8AM to 6PM in summer season and 9AM - 1PM off season. They will exchange one for one on your towels and linens.
  17. Wet bathing suits coming in from the pool or ocean are requested to use the lower level entry.
  18. Only the number of persons the unit sleeps are allowed to occupy the room
  19. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents will be held responsible for any damage done by their children.
  20. Persons under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions will be made.

Early Arrivals

Please remember if you arrive a day early, it takes a lot of effort for us to get you into a room. We will get you into whatever is available and you will stay in the same room for your entire stay if it is the same size room. We do not move rooms on Saturday for special requests such as views and floors. An early arrival is a special request and overrides the others.

Stayovers

If you would like to request a stayover, please notify reservations no later than 5 pm Friday. Stayovers are granted based on availability only. The reservations office is open from Monday through Friday. Call extension 7124 or 7125.

If you are scheduled for a stay-over and are required to change rooms, we want to remind you that check-out time is at 10 AM. Please be packed and ready to move by 10 AM so that Housekeeping will have time to clean the unit you are in for the arrival of the next guest. If Housekeeping is required to pack your things and move you, there will be a $25 charge for this service.

Adults Only

Remember, everyone in a party checking in must be over the age of 21, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at law. Also no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the property for day use without a parent or legal guardian. (Note: legal guardian does not include a friend that is over 21. This must be an actual individual responsible in a court of law for the actions of the minor.)
