"i go every year and thoroughly enjoy. the past few years i've brought my grandkids and now they look forward to it - i can see them taking their kids 20 years from now. i am single and with the kids, i always meet some nice families and feel like a part of things and not alone. very nice staff, etc. kept in decent condition and well worth the price to spend my week there. thinking of selling though due to no smoking and no veranda. it is a long way down to outside with only one set of elevators and all the floors to stop at."

"Just home from a wonderful week at your resort. The staff is the best I've ever seen in a vacation condo. They were helpful, upbeat and fun. We finished a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle during the week and met so many people at that table. All of them really cordial and accepting of us. Workout room was very adequate and even tho' there was remodeling going on everywhere, we still didn't miss any of the pluses of the resort. It has eveything you need. Luau was a fun night. Would love to return next year if possible. Longer next time. Thank you!"

"Have stayed here several times over the years. Our most recent stay was the last two weeks in January with two other friends. This is not a new facility but has been renovated and continues to be upgraded. If nothing else, this facility has the most friendly and helpful staff anywhere. With the huge deck and proximity to the beach there is nothing else in Dayona that can match it. It now has one of the few beachside restaurant/bars directly accessible from the beach. Try it, you'll love it."

"I had the pleasure of spending the last week of august at this resort,thanks to my daughter and her time share there. I was truly amazed at how beautiful it all was. The staff was very friendly. Especially mike. It was the perfect place for my much needed vacation. Looking forward to my next stay there. If looking for a place in the daytona beach area to spend your vacation, this is it. Clean rooms, ocean views and friendly staff. I want to say thank you americano resort."
